Hello world! I'm a tech entrepreneur whose journey began with a retail computer store in 1996, which evolved into an IT business before I sold it in 1998. Next, I founded a technology recycling and remarketing company that I ran successfully until 2004. Since 2005, I have led Tele-Communication, Inc., a company dedicated to helping organizations realize the full potential of technology in enhancing their communications and collaboration capabilities.My leadership style focuses on creating an environment where people can thrive. I believe that employees are our competitive advantage; in a nurturing environment, they can achieve award-winning results.
