As a Manager I drive the delivery of engagements and help our clients execute complex transactions through pre-acquisition analysis, financial due diligence, and forecast reviews. The manager role is key in the Deloitte Due Diligence team, liaising and building relationships with other financial advisors, investment banks, legal advisors, investors and other stakeholders on an agreed scope of work. • Advising leading Spanish and global financial institutions and private investors on a wide variety of complex and challenging transaction scenarios• End-to-end project manage the due diligence process • Quickly developing an understanding of the target business and its drivers• Providing in-depth analysis of the key commercial and financial aspects of organizations, in addition to assessment of strategic and financial plans • Analysis of information memoranda, business plans, publicly available information on the target business, historical trading, quality of earnings, expected loss, Regulatory Capital Requirements, forecasts and underlying assumptions• Evaluation of potential synergies and post-merger integration considerations• Prepare and deliver reports and presentations for senior management and boards• Reporting of potential key issues for our clients including identification of risk price factors impacting investment decisions• Review of sale and purchase agreements and financial model to reflect findings of the due diligence process• Mentor and coach a team of high-performing practitioners• Participate in business development and relationship building programs with key clients and stakeholders• Developing your skills to build our brand in the market through business development opportunities with existing and targeted clients
