The Legislative Data Processing Center (LDPC) provides bi-partisan operational and technicalsupport for the Pennsylvania General Assembly.Duties and Responsibilities• Provide technical support to staff during legislative session. Coordinate with caucus I.T.departments as needed to resolve any issues.• Provide Tier 1 response to our clients. Analyze incoming helpdesk tickets, troubleshoot issues,and resolve any incoming requests.• Asset management - Coordinate with vendors as needed to prepare quotes, receive andcatalog inventory, and return defective hardware for repair or replacement.• Monitor live video streams. Maintain on-premises video encoder and distributor,troubleshoot issues as needed.• Coordinate with vendors as needed regarding facility maintenance.• Responsible for monitoring and ensuring security through patch management. Performenterprise-wide desktop systems patching for OS and standard applications.• Image, deploy, configure, and maintain Windows 10 desktops and laptops, including softwareinstallations, troubleshooting, maintaining security patches, and deploying new equipment asneeded.• Responsible for maintaining documentation.• Assist in execution of business continuity planning, including preparation and execution ofregular Disaster Recovery exercises.• Share in a rotation for off-hour support as needed for legislative session.
