As a key member of Emerge's product and engineering organizations, I played a major part in representing the company through successful fundraising rounds. Additionally, I led various initiatives that contributed to the company's growth and success, such as implementing IT governance and controls resulting in SOC II Type II and NIST certification, managing crisis situations such as the COVID pandemic and war, growing the engineering team across multiple continents, establishing data science expertise, and recruiting top talent for DevSecOps. Our efforts resulted in Emerge's inclusion in the Freightwaves top 25 freight technology companies for two consecutive years. Additionally, I established company-wide goal-setting methodologies and data systems for internal and external data presentation, driving alignment across teams and departments.

Lead the product and engineering efforts to create and maintain SaaS solutions for the real estate, security and property management accounting markets. Supported over 20 million end uses through our products. Released and deprecated SaaS solutions. Managed the acquisition and integration of complimentary software organizations. Raised $40M as part of a acquisition and refinance effort.
