Crimson offers university admissions support, tutoring and mentoring, and runs a fully accredited online high school.In my current role, I work directly with the Executive Leadership Team on strategic priorities and projects, annual planning / capital allocation, M&A, capital raising, and board & investor relations.

Worked closely with the Engineering, Product, and Leadership teams to define and develop models, algorithms and business intelligence products across all facets of the company.

Led the transformation of the global performance marketing function, building a team responsible for digital acquisition in 14+ countries. Played a key role in improving ad tracking, attribution and reporting systems.

Built financial models to forecast cash flow and support strategic initiatives. Managed cash positions, fixed income securities and FX hedging following a US$30M Series B capital raise. Designed incentive structures and remuneration plans.

Assisted with Crimson Education's entry and expansion into international markets during a period of triple-digit revenue growth. Developed training materials and created pitch decks for investor presentations and partnership / JV proposals.

Oversaw payments, payroll, accounts receivable and bank reconciliation. Assisted with month-end close and journal entries.
