Participated in more than ten cross-border securities transactions involving major investment banks and leading Chinese and Taiwanese companies, including global depositary shares offerings in London and Luxembourg, initial public offerings and follow-on offerings in the U.S., IPOs in Hong Kong (with concurrent Rule144A/Reg S global offering), and convertible bonds offerings in Singapore. • Drafted prospectuses and legal opinions, addressed comments from stock exchanges, conducted legal due diligence, prepared filing materials, coordinated transaction process with other legal counsel, and handled closing. • Provided ongoing US securities law compliance services, including Form 20-F annual report. • Conducted document review for privilege, responsiveness, and confidentiality in an SEC investigation of a major financial services client.
