As Electrical integrator part of Development team in e-Beam group, I support cross-functional teams in technical matters related to devices, modules and act in the analysis, debugging and optimization of products. With that, I have write and maintain technical documentation according to the process which are mainly test procedures and reports with results of the tests.Resolve technical issues/questions during integration and installation of our modules is part of my routines, together with support to Customer Support team.I contribute to correct and improve the design of products, analyze and evaluate current or proposed components, procedures and/or problems to help define project feasibility, cost and time required;As well as, contribution to defining and running system and unit tests to verify the effectiveness of the project.I also have to make sure that proposed changes do not affect the performance, safety, and reliability of the product.

As an Integrator, I am integrating various electronics concepts and products in the field supplying power and distribution 24V , 48V and 220 VAC for flow, temperature, mechanical vibrations control, vacuum system control and optics lifetime control into existing and new ASML products. Furthermore I contribute on defining the next generation of these products in close cooperation with the architect.I am responsible for the following;- execute measurements on test set-up or prototype machine and document results to ensure that the electrical architecture meets the requirements;- operate as the Electronic Development representative in a multidisciplinary team;- interact with colleagues from the Mechatronics Systems and Environmental Infrastructure & Control department;- influence the definition and design on integrability, manufacturability, testability and reliability of the electrical- architecture, electrical modules and electrical infrastructure;- make work breakdown and effort estimation for the integration of the various electronic products; specify and document the test requirements;- design and document the qualification tools for integration purpose;- transfer knowledge to production and service engineers and support as an expert (4th line support);analyze and solve reliability issues;- act as a technical coach for other integrators and team members.
