As a project manager, I worked on residential and commercial Solar projects from initial signing through system being turned on. Ensured the timely completion and delivery of project documents necessary to communicate to field personnel, clients, and others the intended wiring design, layout, scope of work and all necessary budget parameters. Responsible that our projects were completed on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.I maintained proper communications between the company and all parties involved including the client, general contractor, and other trades. Document project specifics and track updates using Zoho, Google Docs, and other CRM tools.Realistically manage the expectations of clients, general contractors, other trades, designers, consultants and other subcontractors. Work with purchasing to ensure that all equipment and materials required for an assigned project are requested, purchased, staged, and delivered to site on a timely basis.

I had the responsibility to set and achieve organizational goals to grow this satellite location and keep a healthy team culture. I also carefully calculated a yearly location budget and strategically monitored all location expenses. I maintained organizational health by ensuring alignment with Next Level Church’s core values and mission. As a Examiner Specialist I provided assistance to customer inquiries pertaining to driver, vehicle registration, titling and insurance requirements. Performed administrative duties and phases of motor vehicle registration and legal driver license documents. I also assisted the Spanish speaking public with translation of legal documents. I had the opportunity to provide proposal consultation and resolutions for new statewide software update, and review information for accuracy, completeness, and compliance requirements. I examined legal documents such as titles, invoices tax exemptions, for accuracy and make appropriate changes when necessary.
