• Grew the department through internal development, investment and retention, from zero administrative staff in 2019, to a 3-division team with roles at the manager, specialist, analyst and coordinator level in 2023• Led the strategic development of MasteryPrep’s virtual instruction model in 2020 to successfully replicate the engagement of in-person instruction and generate a new (permanent) annual revenue stream for the organization• Scaled the instructional delivery capacity from 30 to 100 instructors, leading an innovative, efficient and nimble hiring process with 3 years of 30% YOY growth• Created a new instructional advisement role to support customers with complex implementation strategies and bridge cross-departmental gaps in the customer journey• Maintain a standard of excellence at 90% or above in instructional quality through a multi-touch coaching and training model that includes new hire training and follow-up, mentorship, performance measurement at each delivery and a full remediation process• Model and supervise the application of curriculum resources, teaching pedagogy, and scope and sequence design with a focus on differentiated instruction to maximize learner outcomes and student achievement• Lead the Instructional Support department in setting the bar for processes around scheduling, routing, travel procedures, capacity planning, feedback collection, communication and resources for 100+ Instructors located across 26 states• Create a remote work culture where each employee/contractor is connected to the whole, valued for their unique experiences, skills and diversity, and motivated to delivery excellence for the students we serve• Engaging public speaker representing the organization at conferences and other engagements to share best practices with others in the education industry and ultimately create new partnerships through networking and social activities
