 The process is to reconcile stock transactions of Mortgage Backed Securities(MBS), investigating and resolve unmatched open items, monitor and report reconciliations status including the documentations of the reconciliation procedure and escalation plans.  Working on the control activities to clear the exceptions.  Working on the ledger and statement balances and sending the report to higher management.  Working on the RQ, to clear the first level of Reconciliation.  Updating the Dpad and other documents on a timely basis.  Working on Stock and monthly reporting.  Liaise with counter parties, Agent Banks, clients internal agents and Account Manager to get more details on Trade.  Month end Special Activity for reducing the aged exception.  Pricing and factor check using Bloomberg  Responding to client requests/queries & provides information requested by clients.  To act as a trouble shooter for the team to resolve any queries which helps the team members in delivery of the reports within the time frame.  To closely liaison with various IT team to ensure error free report.  Responsible for timely escalations of anticipated SLA breach and highlighting issues related to process.  Process optimization procedures to capture the error at source.  Updating the volume and other matrix on a daily basis.
