• Owned two end-to-end data analytics campaigns (revenue > $1.5 million) that intervened among insurance members with colonoscopy and dementia to improve their health outcomes. - Designed the campaigns with rigorous experiment design, conducted A/B tests on pilot studies, and measurement of the campaigns with statistical tests and causal machine learning techniques. - Automated data pipeline with extensive SQL scripts and cron and deployed after thorough peer code review through Git. - Trained and deployed two machine learning models to improve targeting of the members who would most likely engage with the campaigns. - Monitored outcomes by creating dashboards in Python and automated its refresh. - Correctly diagnosed the root cause of poor performance in key metrics. Led multiple business problem solving sessions attended by vice president and directors and presented my analyses on why the campaign had been faltering in KPI and how it can be reversed. - Business case sizing for how each solution will improve KPI, weigh tradeoffs, and maintain guardrail KPI performance. Expanded and fully implemented a proof-of-concept campaign to a full-blown campaign (dementia campaign). Conducted literature review to find clinical evidence that supports the proof-of-concept campaign.

• Successfully spearheaded 7 data analytics research projects that develop advertisements for clients including Adidas, Facebook, and Pfizer. Analyzed unstructured, textual social media data to understand themes and narratives around brand, measure brand awareness, and investigate consumer sentiments with NLP and text analytics. Developed a custom package in R that scrapes Reddit data to facilitate the brand research. • Created RShiny dashboards that monitored clients’ social media performance such as engagement, sentiments, and other KPI, and generated reports and presentations for executive directors and chief strategy officer at TBWA. Leveraged the results of statistical analysis to explain how new tweaks are impacting the social media campaigns.

The model improved the data quality of Masterfile – AMA’s one of flagship products to hospitals and insurers. • Identified and analyzed the most significant pain points of AMA’s mobile app for app users and provided recommendations to the product team leadership with text analytics and NLP including sentiment analysis and topic modeling on app reviews. • Created dashboards for the marketing team with PowerBI that included sales attribution models and customer segmentation.
