I worked with Singapore research agency A*Star Infocomm department on commercializing semantic web and text mining technologies. An entity that was set up to license the technology and carry out development and productisation. I created a conceptual idea making the contact center work more efficient and creating new user experience by extracting intelligent insight with text mining techniques and applying the semantic web methodology in knowledge representation and knowledge retrieval. The project involved integration of the BSCS billing system, Siebel CRM, SAP and varies business operation modules.I was responsible for the BSCS modules of Account Receivable, Bill Generation and Siebel product mapping to the BSCS.
