• Project manager for projects associated with instructional learning products for Naval Education and Training Command in direct support of Ready, Relevant, Learning (RRL) in accordance with Sailor 2025 initiative for improving human performance.• Manages and directs a project development team of 11 subject matter experts assuring all technical, schedule, delivery, and cost requirements are met on assigned task orders and provides guidance and direction in the required tasks. Proven expertise in the management and control of project resources and interaction with senior military and government personnel. • Possesses in-depth practical knowledge and skills in; the application of a wide range of analytical and management techniques, including Instructional Systems Design procedures and the application of education and training principles to develop and evaluate alternative multimedia solutions for a variety of complex training problems utilizing both standard and nonstandard approaches including the application of advanced technology.

• Integral member of the management staff at a specialized military training institute that conducted officer accession training and preparation of 2,900 Naval Officers attending any of five distinct leadership development programs annually. • Managed a team of seven military instructors and three civilian staff providing classroom presentation, lab instruction, and curriculum development pertaining to the Limited Duty Officer / Chief Warrant Officer (LDO/CWO) Academy from 44 diverse career paths on-time and within budget.

• Administered the exclusive Navy schoolhouse for training Aviation Maintenance Management professionals to include $3 million in capital assets, an $400 thousand annual operating budget, requisite support staff and all associated infrastructure.• Managed 13 military and civilian instructors providing classroom, lab and simulator instruction and curriculum development for three aviation maintenance management courses with an annual throughput of ~300 students. Taught managerial responsibilities and administrative duties required to direct, supervise and/or participate in a naval aviation maintenance activity.

• Led the scheduling, motivation, and professional development of 168 tradesmen providing intermediate level maintenance and repair of equipment associated with embarked Aviation Combat Element, Assault Craft Unit, Marine Expeditionary Unit, a Search and Rescue Unit and upkeep of 5,000 maintenance assets valued at $49 million onboard a WASP Class amphibious assault ship.• Served as the primary assistant to the Maintenance Officer in the execution of day to day maintenance requirements. Handled all department administration functions, manpower management, training, licensing, quality assurance, travel, schools, fitness reports, and awards.

• Directed five instructors delivering classroom instruction to ~245 students via 10 class convenings annually. Served as Lead Instructor and Course Curriculum Model Manager for the Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP) Managers Course, providing practical training in managerial responsibilities and administrative duties required to direct an aircraft maintenance activity.

• Coordinated the maintenance efforts and material support of 145 technical tradesmen in four divisions and 28 work centers supporting 57 aircraft of five configurations. Planned, coordinated and managed all workload and production divisions. • Achieved the highest repair rate for any Amphibious Assault Ship (91%) while completing 25,550 maintenance repair actions.

• Ensured the quality of maintenance of 10 Grumman F-14B Tomcat aircraft as well as the training of flight crews. Led 10 Quality Assurance Representatives performing safe for flight inspections on aircraft and the monitoring of 42 maintenance programs in support of the command's quality assurance efforts consisting of 18 work centers and 250 personnel.

• Solely responsible for the development of testing and training materials for 10,000+ Aviation Electronics Technicians (E1-E9).• Authored 32 advancement exams and bibliographies (study guides), drafted six chapters (420 pages) of common core avionics data, developed 350 assignment questions and 250 figures/tables, and two Advancement Handbooks to reflect current Fleet requirements.

• Directed 51 technicians in 10 work centers tasked with the repair of test benches, test sets and aircraft electrical / electronic components for communication and navigation, computers, radars, weapons, and electronic countermeasures systems utilized in naval aircraft.

• Managed production efforts of 80 personnel in 18 work centers performing upkeep, repair, calibration, research, development, test and evaluation (RDT&E), logistics, and in-service support for guided missiles, free-fall weapons, targets, support equipment, crew systems, electronic warfare integrated weapons and avionics on tactical aircraft used for the development of new technologies.
