As an Assistant Services Team Leader, I lead a team of 25 Executive Assistants in navigating their path at The Firm. This would consist of discussions around their passions, and strengths, identifying opportunities for team members to expand their reach and grow their skillset, as well as evaluating performance and providing coaching when needed.

As an Executive Assistant I supported the daily functions of Partner and Sr Partners. I had the opportunity to work on diverse teams across multiple industries. Through this I strengthened my ability to building lasting relationships with internal and external colleagues, adapt quickly, navigate ambiguous situations and problem solve creatively.

As a Mock Interview Specialist I connected with students nearing the end of their Associates programs to review resumes, assess interviewing skills and provide guidance on putting their best foot forward when searching for their careers.

As an Online Admissions Representative I connected with potential students to identify if UMA was the right school choice for them. After an extensive interview process, I would guide students through the application and financial aid process and guide them through their first 2 weeks of schooling.
