I lead the Integrations division with a focus on enriching our suite of language intelligence tools. Our team manages a portfolio of 38 Acrolinx-developed integrations, 6 Software Development Kits (SDKs), a comprehensive Application Programming Interface (API), and an intuitive Sidebar tool. In additon to that, our team is responsible for the support of over 50 custom integrations developed by our customers and partners.In addition to my responsibilities within the Integrations department, I've also had the privilege of steering a new editor experience from conception through the product lifecycle. This initiative involved identifying user needs, defining product vision, leading design and development phases, and overseeing the launch and continuous improvement cycles. This project underscores our commitment to enhancing user interactions and efficiency, providing a more intuitive and engaging content creation environment.I oversee a Product Owner; providing guidance, setting strategic direction, and ensuring our team's efforts align with our broader organizational goals. Our approach is defined by speed and precision, averaging 40 various integration and SDK releases per year.

At BLM Technologies, I oversaw multiple complex deployment and integration projects concurrently per year, involving building and managing project plans, risk management, change management, scope management, status reporting, coordinating and leading project meetings, capturing and following through on project documentation and actions, collaborating across multiple departments and IT teams.With oversight of over $5.08M in revenue, I managed project services, actively increasing client satisfaction and driving new business by 14%. I worked closely with technical IT groups on hardware and software services such as hardware deployments, laptop device provisioning, network infrastructure capabilities, and collaboration tools.

With a focus on budget management, I consistently exceeded planned gross margin by 30%-40% while delivering projects on time, improving efficiency, and reducing costs. Notably, I implemented a POS upgrade across 1300 retail locations across 18 states for a Fortune 500 banking institution, exceeding planned gross margin by 1.2%, and managed the implementation of corporate printers in retail locations spanning 8 states within 5 months, ultimately exceeding planned gross margin by nearly 9%.

Optum is a leading information and technology-enabled health services arm of UnitedHealth Group dedicated to modernizing the healthcare system. I was responsible for researching and analyzing complex outcome, performance, and historical trend data and developing integrated reports using Excel functions and basic SQL queries. Working closely with all departments, I coordinated the planning, organization, and execution of health medical record (HMR) data validation audits and health plan-initiated internal data validation audits of Medicare members. I also created and strengthened relationships between health plans, medical groups, providers, external vendors, and internal partners, serving as a primary source of data and expertise for each project.
