Hello, my name is Jordan. I am a junior marketing major at The University of Toledo, and have an active desire to learn, improve, and grow. I am the General Manager of Phoenix Theatres Monroe, and love my job. I manage a staff of approximately 35 and work with a management team of 5 to achieve organizational goals, and more importantly, to offer the finest moviegoing experience possible. Working at Phoenix Theatres has helped me to cultivate and improve my skills in facility and project management, team leadership, and professional communication. I am team-oriented and have a dynamic personality. I hope to utilize my skills in an equally dynamic design firm. My flexible aesthetic for design and ability to take both initiative and direction are what make me unique. I have a firm understanding of all current web technologies and coding languages including HTML 5, CSS 3, and JavaScript. I have a developing knowledge and desire to learn more about PHP and other server-side coding languages such as Python and Ruby. I hope to work in an environment that can facilitate that inclination to learn. In the meantime, I will continue to follow my passion for design and user experience to expand my portfolio.
