Account Supervisor
Current-Provides project management, creative, development, media, and planning departmentpersonnel with well-documented strategy, supporting data, and assets for deliverable creationas required; ensures that program strategies are clearly defined, approved by clients, andunderstood by all internal groups.-Partners with cross-discipline leads to develop plans, budgets, and client presentations,effectively communicates program performance to clients, and works with the team to deliverrelevant insights and ongoing action plans to achieve success.-Reviews and approves all key client deliverables and coordinates client approval to ensureprojects run efficiently.-Creates accurate estimates and drafts contracts for client approval for all engagements.-Leads quarterly business review process, including data analysis of program performance,identification of upcoming activities/efforts with forecasted impact, and development of theoverarching strategy to ensure account strategies are aligned.-Managed on-site relationship with our clients at Ford Motor Company by serving as theagency point of contact, resulting in exception client/agency relationships.
