I had responsibility for the total Nordic operation including also finance and HR, and I became a board member in our two entities in Sweden and Norway. During this period I was responsible for the turnaround strategy to go from a flat-TV company to a pure high-end audio brand once again. The turnover grew from 300 million up to over 400 million and we exceeding the P/L budget during this period. We managed to place Pioneer as the market leader in several new product categories such as flat-TV, dvd and vehicle navigation.
