- Work with groups of counselors aiding in development of elementary school children.- Organize and implement schedules into programs at the YMCA such as school age care, camps and enrichments.- Reporting to work daily at 6:30am 5 days a week for morning programs. - Generally 25-35 hours per week of work.- Manage files and paperwork including health information, contact/emergency information and files.- Oversee and aid in running/managing post-school aftercare programs at various locations throughout Scotch Plains.- Work closely with coworkers to develop a positive environment for work and the development of a well scheduled and well implemented program for children and parents.
