My role involves managing diverse projects and collaborating with stakeholders to create tailored digital solutions that enhance user experiences across all devices.Key Responsibilities:UX Design & Digital Solutions:I lead the design and development of websites that incorporate strong user-centric principles, ensuring they are effective tools for our business partners in the racing industry. My focus on accessibility and usability allows us to meet the unique needs of stakeholders.Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing:I manage email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp and our internal tool, RA Connect, to engage effectively with industry participants such as owners, trainers, and jockeys. By leveraging data insights and automation tools, I enhance stakeholder engagement and optimize communication strategies, improving our outreach within the racing community.Stakeholder Communications:I collaborate closely with Principal Racing Authorities and clubs to provide communication services for key stakeholders, particularly during major racing events. This involves developing and maintaining strong relationships to ensure strategic alignment and effective communication.Key Projects:Racing Carnival Promotion:I spearheaded digital marketing and communication campaigns for the annual Racing Carnival, increasing awareness and engagement for major racing events like the Melbourne Cup. I manage email campaigns and digital content to ensure timely and effective outreach to stakeholders.B2B Marketing Campaigns:I have developed and executed B2B marketing campaigns in collaboration with racing authorities and clubs, utilizing various digital platforms to enhance stakeholder engagement and strengthen relationships within the industry.
