Bachelor in Information Systems by University Center of Volta Redonda (UniFOA).Passionate about the world of technology since childhood, always curious and passionate about the digital world.I have several years of experience with support, infrastructure and final-user service, where I started as an assistant and became a reference in decision-making processes to be adopted on a daily basis. During this journey I prepared a technological update project for the university where I worked, in this project I defined hardware standards to support technology-related activities. Another project I'm proud of was the Microsoft Office 365 training for University employees, in this training, I presented, demonstrated and taught multiple features of the tool. helping secretaries, teachers and coordinators to improve the use of this tool.More than 2 years of experience with Software Quality.During this period I had the opportunity to work with functional and non-functional tests on different levels (API, desktop, mobile and web).Presently in a backend project of financial restructuring with event streaming along with microservices architecture, collaborating with the documentation part, elaboration of test plans, test cases and test execution. Directly with functional tests applying various techniques such as smoke tests, sanity, regression, API tests in an event streaming project (message) using Apache Kafka and a microservice framework with Java.Currently Software Quality Engineer in ramp-up to Scrum Master role, working on the following pillars:Facilitation: Facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospectives. He ensures that these meetings are productive and focused on the objectives.Obstacle Removal: Assisting the team in identifying and removing obstacles that may hinder their progress. This may involve conflict resolution, obtaining necessary resources, or coordinating with other teams.Coaching: Supporting team members in understanding and adopting agile principles, continuously improving, and achieving high performance.Continuous Improvement: Promoting continuous improvement by helping the team reflect on its process and identify opportunities for enhancement."
