1) Part of the Field Technical service team for installation, service, support for Tobacco Machineries2) Execute projects on customers’ site for Cigarette packing machines.3) Report to Headquarters on the progress and status of projects. Feedback to machine designer and programmers for potential issues4) Communicate and work together with customers on.

Petaling Jaya

1) Responsible for overall factory electrical and electronic systems including Primary and Secondary Manufacturing Departments.2) Maintain, monitor as well as identify and implement improvements for production machineries to support production in achieving high quality product and high productivity machine while also keeping safety at the highest level3).

Facilities

1) Technical Control and instrumentation for the Facility Monitoring and Control systems.2) Ensure PLC and control systems for facilities are in good working condition.3) Ensure Sensors and instrument for facility monitoring are working correctly and calibrated.4) Electrical consumption monitoring. Ensure the facility is using power efficiently as.

1) Responsible for production machine automation machines.2) Startup and setup of new equipment3) Continuous improvement to reduce breakdown 4) Machine major repairs and troubleshooting5) create PM, SOP, Work instruction and OCAP for production machines.6) Continuous training for technicians to ensure minimal downtime.

1) Responsible for Automated Test Equipment for semiconductor final test.2) Startup and setup of new equipment.3) Continuous improvement for yield and first pass 4) Machine major repairs and troubleshooting5) Create PM, SOP, Work instruction and OCAP for production machines.6) Continuous training for technicians to ensure minimal downtime.7) Production.
