After a few years, I was promoted to the position of Customer Success Manager.I am in charge of a large geographical area of ​​the country where the only employee of the company that is found is me, which has not prevented me from satisfactorily fulfilling my duties initially as technical support and for the good results obtained I have received the promotion to the position of customer success, I am currently performing functions of both roles.
