Find out how 👇¿WHAT CAN I DO FOR YOUR COMPANY?-Training on the operation of the solutions-Reports and analysis of the operation of the solutions-Installation of hardware and software-Installation, maintenance and repair of electronic equipment.-Diagnose and locate circuit components and equipment faults- Resolve a wide range of technical issues across multiple systems and applications for customers and end users in different locations-Management of office tools- Complete paperwork. work orders, test and maintenance reports.-Problem resolution.-Driving of vehicles.¿WHY ME?After more than 15 years of experience in the field where I have worked in different areas such as: home appliance technician, insulation assistant and currently customer sucess manager and IoT field technician, I can affirm that I have the capacity to adapt and that the demand is always a stimulus.And I can say this because in my previous job I started as an appliance technician after 3 years I was promoted to the technical support area to provide support in:-Training, consulting and training of more than 20 technicians between new and old in different cities.-Constantly giving feedback to the technicians and the operation leader based on the results of the management indicators.-Support the fulfillment of the technician's schedule, through the proper performance of their activities, both in terms of timeliness and quality.-Call answering to resolve or address requests, complaints or claims.-Control tool inventories and calibration processes.-Support the operation leader and his team in the improvement process of the business unit.It was 2 years where I discovered that I was able to contribute a lot, but I also discovered that I wanted a new challenge.I initiated this new project as a field technician in a company that manufactures IoT technology, fully aware that technology is a differentiating factor that generates competitive advantages. After a few years, I was promoted to the position of Customer Success Manager.I am in charge of a large geographical area of the country where the only employee of the company that is found is me, which has not prevented me from satisfactorily fulfilling my duties initially as technical support and for the good results obtained I have received the promotion to the position of customer success, I am currently performing functions of both roles.
