As lead graphic designer I am the first point of contact for new and existing clients that walk through the door, give us a call or request a quote through email. We provide graphic assistance to all clients, from simple formatting to full design help. We work on marketing materials such as business cards, flyers, signs, banners and posters as well as apparel and large format printing for commercial signage and vehicle graphics. Using the FLEX program allows me to provide customers with quotes and send invoices once the projects are completed. My services extend from providing dynamic ideas to applying graphics on small and large vehicles. Some of our most prominent clients are Shelby Township Police, Ajax Paving, Randazzo Heating and Cooling and Beaumont ACO to name a few.

Lead designer for MSXI owner’s information materials as a vendor to Stellantis. In charge of Owner’s Manuals (OM), Generic Warranties (GW), Tips Cards (TC), Quick Start Guides (QSG), Radio Books (RB) covers and other materials for all Stellantis brands. Worked as second lead of an illustration team and illustrated informational images to help guide vehicles owners. Worked with translations team to created files in more than 30 languages while maintaining company brand guidelines. Maintained up-to-date documentation of legal trademark information. Kept close communication with the direct client, Stellantis legal and brand managers for Jeep, Dodge, Ram, Chrysler, and Alfa Romeo.

At Tweddle worked as a production designer. The team was in charge of making sure all print materials met each brand guidelines, focusing on owner’s information materials for FCA, Ford, Nissan, Subaru andBMW. Also, graphic designer for in-house materials. Participated as a technical illustrator for Renault business pitch. These materials illustrated mechanical instructions to the owner of a vehicle.

At FCA worked with the Advance Color and Materials team as an interior illustrator. Helped the designer vision current, future and conceptvehicles interiors with different materials and finishes to showcase their trim level, from basic to high end luxury. Accomplishing these imagestook a combination of working with Autodesk VRED, Alias and the Adobe family of programs. Developed images for Jeep, Dodge, Ram and Chrysler vehicles. Another aspect of the job was to create road-maps for all suppliers. These would help determine materials and finishes throughoutthe vehicles with ease.

As part of the GM Fleet and Commercial team I handle several programs that would allow me to view the location of fleet vehicles, determine when they arrive at dealers and speak with clients regarding issues which arise. Programs such as VTIMS, BARS, VOMS, GMDID, POMS, SalesHawks and a variety of websites are used to collect the proper information needed to answer questions from clients or dealers.Previous Position: OnStar Customer Care Advisor.

At Campbell Ewald I had the chance to work on TripRewards which has since became WyndhamRewards. I had the privilege of participating in the identity change of the Wyndham account and won an award for TripRewards “Hot Spot” Summer Program Campaign. Managed interns and junior Art Directors on projects extended to them and was the Lead Art Director on the OnStar CRM and Direct Marketing, XM, GM CRM, U of M Ross, GM Military materials and Events and Cell Phones for Soldiers Programs.Previous Positions: Creative Intern, Jr Art Director.
