As co-founder of Worldwide Club, a streetwear brand in Medellín, I focused on combining my skills as an industrial engineer with my passion for fashion and entrepreneurship. My main objective was to promote the commercial and strategic growth of the brand, using my experience in resource and supplier management. During my time at Worldwide Club, I dedicated myself to developing innovative products that capture the essence of streetwear style and adapt to the preferences of our customers. I used my knowledge in industrial engineering to optimize the design, production and logistics processes, ensuring quality and efficiency in all stages of the product life cycle. Furthermore, I was responsible for managing the available resources effectively, both in financial and production terms. Identified and managed reliable suppliers, ensuring a constant supply of high-quality materials and negotiating favorable agreements to maximize the company's financial performance. As co-founder, I played a key role in defining Worldwide Club's business strategy. Developed effective marketing and promotion plans, specifically collaborated with the sales team to expand our market presence, and established strategic alliances with other relevant industry players. My experience at Worldwide Club has provided me with valuable lessons and achievements in the field of industrial engineering applied to fashion. I am proud to have contributed to the growth of the brand and to have applied my skills to maximize its commercial and strategic success.
