  Responsibilities as Technical Civil Engineer.• Preparing quantity takeoff and cost proposal for construction projects.• Attending site visit to obtain a better understanding of site condition and gathering information to ensure scope of work and drawings will be covered in the cost proposal.• Preparing detailed proposal specifications and concept drawings that accurately portray the scope of work and requirements of the project for presentation to the client.• Preparing/reviewing civil & structural details for building and infrastructure in accordance with IFC drawing. • Reviewing contract documents, including drawings, and specifications to understand the scope of work, project constraints, construction tolerances, and different material types.• Conduct site visit to support the construction team in case of design issues that may arise during construction, propose alternatives solutions, and provide recommendations.Responsibilities as Site Engineer.• Verifying the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
