I managed a diverse team of over 40 content producers, creative and talent, and ensured seamless operations across the network's affiliates and regional stations in Miami, New York, Chicago, L.A, and San Francisco.I'm a visionary leader with a strong understanding of LGBTQ media and the importance of representation. I successfully created and developed the GAY TV ON THE GO brand, crafting a unique look and feel that resonated with the network's target audience. Through my leadership, GAY TV ON THE GO emerged as a cutting-edge web-based television station, filling a much-needed gap in mainstream media.My efforts paid off, as GAY TV ON THE GO quickly gained traction and reached a global audience of 3.5 million viewers within just two years.
