• Infrastructure Observability: Automating services to the PlutoTV streaming platform, creating dashboards, monitors, SLOs, custom metrics, and synthetics using Datadog.
• Observability Support: Provided support for streaming services, including Datadog agent configuration, metric ingestion (Prometheus, OTLP), log ingestion, and formatting using Vector within an infrastructure of over 4.
• Troubleshooting and Debugging: Assisted various teams by providing solutions and proposals for distributed systems based on critical metrics, optimizing cluster resources (memory/CPU) in Kubernetes.
• Traceability: Implemented libraries within services to enable traceability and send traces and spans to Datadog using OpenTelemetry.

• In my role with IBM Qradar, I’ve had the opportunity to work on various tasks as an Engineering Lead Site Reliability Engineer. My work primarily revolves around the ClickHouse project, where I’ve been able to.
• AWS Infrastructure Development: As part of my activities, I develop new infrastructure solutions within AWS to provide new features to our product, primarily using EC2 and ECS. I create these components using Terraform.
• AWS Infrastructure Support: In addition to creating new components and solutions, I am also responsible for debugging and solving problems related to infrastructure in the AWS cloud.
• Python Development: In my daily activities, I use Python to generate solutions based on common problems, create lambda functions, local development for cluster discovery and best practices, code review, and code.
• Monitoring Tools: I use new Relic, Instana, and Prometheus monitoring tools to provide system visibility. I create alerts and a monitoring scheme based on dashboards for system failure alerts, handling alerts based on.
• Runbook Creation: I create runbooks to facilitate problem resolution.
