Currenta-Si Solid-state laser annealing for Display production• Testing, characterization and further development of optics and sensor systems.• Coordination of different internal groups to ensure the proper conditions for a given test.• Commissioning and troubleshooting on costumer site.• Development of adjustment strategies for the optical system.Laser Lift-off for Display production• Coordination of feasibility checks for costumer specific tests.• Resource planning and coordination of optical and mechanical adaptations on the machine.• Development of adjustment strategies for the optical system.• Support of sales department by defining the specs of the machine from the process point of view and communication of test results.Laboratory referent• Constant communication with maintenance to ensure working lab conditions.• Scalation and support of laser related issues.• Fast reaction and solution of critical laboratory issues.• Optical design and coordination of new specific laboratory setups
