To ensure that all corporations under the collective name of AGC are compliant with the directive of the BIR and that all reportorial requirements are submitted on time.Responsibilities include:❖ Sorting and consolidating invoices from suppliers for computation of withholding taxes.❖ Performs cross matching/reconciling from sell-in to sell-out ❖ Responsible for the timely preparation of VAT returns; Quarterly Income Tax Returns; Annual Income Tax Returns upon proper referral to the Department Manager❖ Ensure that manual and electronic filing of reports and its attachments are done on time and manual or electronic payments are on or before the deadline set by BIR to avoid penalty❖ Ensure that annual registration is paid on time for each legal entity and facility❖ Ensure that books of accounts are submitted on or before the deadline set by the BIR❖ Facilitate taxpayer record update filing to the BIR for any additions; closure or change of address by any of the legal entities❖ Attend seminars and symposia called by the BIR to update taxpayers on new regulations, implementing guidelines and memoranda issued by the same office❖ Assist the Department Manager during the annual audit of books of accounts by BIR external auditors in the reconciliation and submission of working papers and supporting documents❖ Responsible for the preparation of the ending inventory report and submission on or before the deadline set by the BIR❖ Other adhoc admin tasks assigned

Chowking- is a franchise of Alturas Group of Companies located in Tagbilaran City. Welcomes and greets customers upon arrival and offers assistance when needed especially to Senior Citizens.  Establishes good rapport with co-employees and customers; conducts surveys for feedback on foods, service, and store’s ambiance and facilities.  Knowledgeable in all products and promos; endorse current promotions, upsize drinks, and does suggestive selling to meet company target.  Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in both counter and dining areas. Likewise, sanitation in restaurant utensils and checking the availability of condiments.  Performs daily cash transactions- ensures that cash received and change given to customers is accurate.  Responsible for dealing with customers politely and being able to find solutions especially when complaints arise.  Executes travel path from counter to dining station; does order taking prior to counter especially during peak hours.  Performs Daily Cash Report prior verification by the manager on duty every night.  Above all, we provide a delightful experience by good quality service to our valued customers while doing standard operating procedures in a fast-food environment.
