Following the launch of the "IA no Creator" feature, Gupy EduCorp faced challenges in facilitating plan upgrades for this widely used functionality. Additionally, there was a growing demand from clients for a simpler and more visual way to access and analyze training indicators.As a FullStack, he sought to find solutions to improve the process of upgrading plans in the "AI in Creator" functionality, as well as identify ways to present indicators in a more visual and accessible way to customers.• Developed the PLG feature that allowed clients to upgrade their plans directly within the platform, including trial and recurring (monthly) plans with automatic renewal options. Used Django, NestJS, VueJS, and Postgres for this implementation.• Created an analytical dashboard to centralize client training data and platform usage. Utilized CubeDev with Data Lake (Trino) data and a NestJS proxy to ensure secure access. For the frontend, used VueJS to deliver reactive data display, facilitating filtering and visualization by period, training, or collaborators.The PLG feature enabled seamless upgrades for AI-enhanced plans, achieving over 60% client adoption and contributing to an increase in MRR. The analytical dashboard, leveraging CubeDev, provided a new approach to indicator visualization, delivering data quickly and scalably without compromising EduCorp's infrastructure.

In 2023, Gupy EduCorp, formerly Niduu, faced issues with content decentralization and management complexity. The need was to consolidate various systems and data to reduce complexity and enhance product scalability, as well as to optimize the course creation process, which was costly and challenging for many clients.He was tasked with identifying opportunities to improve content management at EduCorp, optimize infrastructure costs, increase team productivity, and enhance client satisfaction.• Developed the content portal using NestJS and Postgres to centralize all content produced by client companies. The portal featured full-text search and keyword categorization, along with integration with GCP and Datadog for continuous availability monitoring.• Worked on creating the "IA in Creator" feature, leveraging generative AI to facilitate the creation of Microlearning courses on the platform. The interface was developed with VueJS, and the content portal API was used for course generation.The content portal reduced the complexity of content management, enhancing team productivity by removing the need to manage multiple systems. The AI-driven course creation reduced course creation time by up to 90%, helping particularly clients with limited resources to create customized courses more easily. Additionally, the introduction of AI-powered course creation provided a new avenue for increasing MRR.
