About Jesper Houkjær

In the summer 2014 I finished my Master's Degree with a Thesis in the research area of Project Management with a focus on International Organizations and Virtual communication. Through my thesis I got acquainted with standards like IPMA and PRINCE2, and the use of Scrum and Lean principles in project management.After many years in retail, I have developed a strong service mindset, and I believe that high satisfaction lays the ground for the best customer experience.
