I manage various aspects of the project, including heavy haul, mechanics, fuel, service, and hot shot routes, to ensure all project activities are completed on time. I also repair heavy equipment and company vehicles to ensure optimal condition, maintain a detailed inventory of small equipment, train and supervise staff to complete warranty issues.

As a project manager, my responsibilities involved overseeing a construction project from start to finish. This included defining the project scope, managing resources and budget, securing permits and approvals, ensuring compliance with building codes, overseeing contractor relationships, coordinating efforts across different teams, and issuing progress.

I was responsible for managing the work of six utility crews daily, ensuring they remained on schedule and removing any roadblocks to the successful completion of the project. They liaised between project managers and crews, coordinated the tools and equipment for 14 crews, and managed the scheduling, delivery, and removal of waste containers, haul-offs.
