Monitoring of credit risk of DNB's counterparties, review of the risk control framework for DNB's own investments and reserve management.

Financial institutions are obliged to deposit adequate and sufficient collateral in the form of securities at the Central Bank(s). Before accepting securities as collateral, an eligibility assessment takes place. Additionally, I am involved in policy matters regarding the Eurosystem's collateral framework, analysis of collateral portfolios hold at De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) and monitoring the Dutch credit institutions.
