I work on the conversions team and in my work I write code to integrate legacy payroll and HR systems with the new production environment. This includes meeting with customers to refine requirements, data mapping, and data conversion.I also write design documents that are deliverable to the customer, support the test team, and demonstrate the finished tasks to the customer at the end of each sprint.

I provide specialized accredited technology consulting to public sector clients on Hewlett Packard Enterprise Software IT Operations Management solutions. This work includes implementation and delivery of solutions designed to automate detection and diagnose IT problems, reduce costs associated with monitoring and outage resolutions, deliver better services, management of SLAs, and automate routine IT tasks.
