Responsibilities：Recruitment（50%）1、Design and control the yearly recruitment budget, train and guide other recruiters with professional recruitment process and skills;2、Be responsible for the recruitment independently for 3 units(Business Department、ERP、Marketing), especially build up 2 units from scratch, help them enlarge the units to more than 30 employees from zero in 3 months. 3、Be responsible for all the middle & high level position recruitment independently with the HRVP and CEO’s permission, save the search fee more than RMB 50,000 at least. 4、Build up the recruitment channel from scratch and keep in touch with business partners (Zhilian、51job、Headhunters and others); 5、As the Project Manager, design、organize and deliver the first time campus recruitment in 5 cities and 6 universities. 6、Write down the HR policy and Recruitment Manual independently, and drive it to be the implement in 170 cities all the over the country.Performance Management（20%）1、Based with the KPI , communicate with the Head of Business Department, estimate the feasibility about promotion、salary increase or other HR adjustment.2、Drive the HR policy to be the implement with the head of business units’ permission. Employee Relations（15%）1、Deal with the important Labor Arbitration, communicate with the legal counsel and prepare for the evidence.2、Check out compensation when it’s necessary, help the incoming and outgoing employees handle with the contract and other related document.3、Manage the Team-building fee, and provide the employee care for the Business Units.HR Plan（10%）1、Provide the business units the effective HR solution. Training（5%）1、Assist the training manager with the new employee training and others.

 Communicate with client, know about the requierment in details, find the target industry and company; Explore qualified candidate through ColdCall, database, internet, and candidate related; Tidy up and update the information of candidates; Write the report personally after interview or tel-interview the candidates; Arrange the interview for the candidate; Communicate between the client and candidates, take a balance between them about work location, salary and on board time and others; Keep in touch with candidates constantly and termly; Assist the General Manager to explore clients and keep a long term touch with them;

 Deal with the operations which refer to training, consultation, office supplies, Temporary labor such Procurement; Take charge of coordinating the relationship between supplier and user, deal with orders and assista the POC Buyer; Negotiate with supplier independently and save about 10%-20% to improve the achievements of my department;
