Hired to expand the visibility and competitive position of this relatively new respiratory therapy home care company in Western Michigan. • Fostered relationships with physicians’ offices to earn a place on their patient referral lists. • Set up respiratory equipment and instructed patients on proper use for at-home care.

Hired to expand sales and service of capital equipment for hospitals and long-term care facilities in Western and Central Michigan. • Achieved 125% increase in sales over prior year.

Hired to increase medical specialty sales of disposable equipment and supplies to Respiratory Care, Anesthesia, Critical Care areas and Emergency Departments in Western, Central, and Northern Michigan. • Achieved 120% increase in sales over previous year.

Gained early career experience as a Respiratory Therapist and Manager of Respiratory Therapy Departments for several hospitals in Michigan and Illinois, plus a contract service provider in Massachusetts. Established a strong reputation as an educator for physicians, nurses and allied health professionals. Highlights of achievements: • Led the efforts of a 40-bed Michigan hospital to achieve JCAHO accreditation.
