End to End Sales Cycle Management: I work with both clients and our sales team to define products while respecting tight time, cost, and material constraints. I begin by providing cost points to the Sales team, referencing our total labor, cost of materials, & mark-up to ensure departmental profitability. I then lead multiple cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Accounting, Fabrications) through the development process while communicating with the customer. I work with high profile clients such as Facebook, Google, & Palo Alto Networks- our commitment to customer satisfaction has resulted in clients purchasing rental items outright.Company Operational Improvements: Executive-level visibility and communication around my work done to develop strategic operational improvements that boost company revenue. I proposed and developed internal tooling that increases employee productivity and reduces the prevalence of human error. As well, these tools improved our department’s cash flow visibility into profitability. I developed better issue routing channels between the sales and fabrication department by clearly defining roles between producing departments.
