• Advised, managed and worked alongside other Testers, Packagers and Developers on multiple client projects to deliver highly tailored, reliable and secure content to our client’s environment and users.• Wrote numerous scripts, created templates and regularly updated blueprints to ensure we worked as efficiently as possible throughout each project. • Designed the functionality and visual aspects of multiple automation UI’s which would ultimately cut down the time it takes to Package an application by 35% and greatly reduces human error in documentation, scripts and MST’s/MSI’s.

• Created, developed and managed all things ‘Packaging’. I was hired into the company to create a Packaging department. I was given the freedom to decide how it was to run whilst fitting into the companies already implemented services. I generated and maintained the Blueprints that would be applied as a standard across all our Packages from Discovery to SAT, SCCM Deployment & UAT.• Within 6months I had created over 100 professional packages that were reviewed higher than the industry standard due to the methods and standards I implement to every package I work on. This extends from my packages to documentation and customer service.• Hosted training sessions to keep my SCCM & SAT team up to speed with new industry methods, tools, scripts I generated to improve efficiency, how to critically troubleshoot correctly etc. etc. I worked closely with the team to ensure standards were implemented and personal development was always improving.

• Managed a team of 9 for Atos through an apprentice charity event to raise awareness of apprenticeships and to seek employment for unemployed young people, known as the “Brathay Challenge”; offering strong advice, liaising with external and internal company leaders to organise events, graphical design material tailored by myself for the team and ensuring they progressed efficiently and successfully throughout the year.• I met and exceeded targets and liaised with client’s to adhere to their requests and specification’s for applications which I would ‘Discover’, ‘Package’ and ‘Quality Assure’ before it was deployed to the client’s estate which would be up to 100,000 active machines.• Worked on and successfully completed multiple projects, successfully achieved all 4 available MTA’s, learned additional skills such as VB scripting, AppV sequencing and other forms of packaging as well as enhanced my skills in quality assurance and SAT testing.

• Successfully transformed the company over the course of 6 months into a fully operational and adhering business which was bought out by a larger transportation company group by managing all the legal tachograph information for the company, ensuring the drivers met VOSA regulations and were properly trained if a defect was found preventing fines of up to £5,000. Also managed stock, equipment, ad-blue and fuel across the company.• Supported the estate with my IT knowledge, taking over the infrastructure within 6 months saving the company money from hiring a private IT consultant.• Synced with the Garage Department and manager to increase efficiency by assisting me in managing 30+ professional HGV drivers and 25 heavy vehicles, ensuring they were safe, cohered with regulations and the working time directive under UK law.

• Learned how to ensure all legal documents regarding tachographs (Digital and analogue) were regularly scanned after each run the driver had completed, upon debriefing.• Supported the department with my IT knowledge, saving time and resolving all technical issues from faulty hardware to buggy software whilst offering 1st line support, to over 569 stores and 90+ HGV drivers across the United Kingdom.• Route planning, to ensure the routes given to our drivers were efficient, time saving and cost effective as well as cohering to VOSA regulations.

• Designed and created for multiple businesses their logotypes, banners, advertisement wares, website designs and brochures through Adobe CS5 suite utilizing my graphical design skills.• Provided 1st line technical support for all our partnered companies whilst managing their IT related estates, software and hardware. This included building computers, refining operating systems to be tailored to the client and ensuring all software and hardware was up to date.• Bug tested and reported on in-house specified software tailored for our clients. This was a project to improve the way our clients and linked companies operate.
