Concurrently filling two primary roles of Quality Assurance Manager and Information Technology Manager. Expanded responsibilities and leadership in many related, secondary key functions including: Human Resources, Administration, Production Engineering, Supplier Management, Purchasing, Training, and Quality Control.

Led a team of 18 deskside support technicians contracted to BOCC's north Phoenix location. Supplemented BankOne staff supporting 200+ users on Novell, AS-400 and Microsoft mixed network. Specialized in Novell server support.

After starting as a glassblower, later moved to Purchasing agent and Bill of Materials Quoting positions at this company. Became involved with roll out, training and eventually Quality Management of SAP R/3 system and associated network and computer infrastructure before the Tempe location was closed, forcing my departure.
