Through the Phoenix real estate downturn Jim turned his attention to Texas assisting investors with the acquisition of thousands of acres in the Dallas/Fort Worth market including residential, commercial, and industrial properties. He has been with The Hogan Group since its formulation in 2009 and primarily focuses on land brokerage to homebuilders, apartment & industrial developers, farmers, and land investors within Maricopa & Pinal Counties.Jim grew up in St. Louis, MO and graduated from Arizona State University in 2003 with a Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics. He is a current member of Home Builders Association of Central Arizona.
