I worked with an amazing team of designers, researchers and scientists to come up with the future of Yahoo! Search. My prototypes have helped inspire people to challenge the status quo and push the boundaries of what's possible.The Prototyping and Experimentation tool that I built reduced the time it took to bucket test a new idea from 6 weeks to 24 hours. It was pushed out to nearly every Yahoo! property and changed the way many people in the company think about experimentation. For this work, I won the Yahoo! SuperStar award in 2010.I also worked with the HackU program, traveling to universities around the world talking to students about innovation, ideation and rapid development.

I lived in Mexico City working with the founder of a Latin American real estate company to build out the new version of their online listings and information site in Ruby on Rails. Handled infrastructure planning, SalesForce integration, and backend application development.

Illanti is a service company that I started to do web application development and design work for clients. The company evolved from a services company into an application provider. We ended up developing three products and selling licenses to them successfully in the US, UK and Canada. - TypicalInvoice: A php based invoice application for web based invoicing. Aquired by a company in Florida in 2004 - Illanti Cart: A shopping cart system. - Illanti Job Board: A job board system.

During that time we built a real estate management and listing site for an international real estate company and a complete rebuild of a multi-million member kids community and news website.

Also handled community management and development of the very active forum. I even attended many of the user organized gatherings to meet the users and learn how to make our product a better experience for them.Acquired in 2012.
