In my 30 years of shaping organizational culture, I’ve collaborated with executives in developing and executing truly best-in-class leadership development initiatives. I believe the best leaders are always pushing themselves to re-examine their methods and motivations, and searching out new ways to exceed performance targets. Earning my Executive Coaching certification from the Hudson Learning Institute is a perfect example of how this principle guides my own leadership. WHAT DO I DO?► I develop and deliver high-impact leadership programs that meet the needs of leaders at all levels — from first-time leaders to seasoned executives — and help them to understand their goals, thoughts, and motivations. By exploring self in the context of organizational culture and gaining a deeper understanding of others, participants emerge ready to take action. A high percentage of people that complete my leadership development programs report their learning was impactful and credit the experience as a key component in their quick promotion and career advancements.► I facilitate one-on-one coaching sessions with executives and rising-stars that embrace a truly collaborative spirit. Together, we gain clarity through assessment, build a roadmap to an inspired future, and involve stakeholders throughout the process. Things don’t stop there either! Together, we also develop a sustainable follow-up plan to ensure long term growth and success.WHY DO I DO IT?While I find great personal satisfaction helping leaders achieve specific and measurable results, the collaborative aspect of the journey is equally fulfilling. The partnerships developed with great leaders as they hone their strengths and achieve personal and professional success inspire me. I also love empowering companies to achieve financial success by placing priority on developing human potential as a transformational resource. It’s a win/win I’m always excited to facilitate.
