As the Chief Operating Officer of Inclusion Connections, I am responsible for overseeing the operations and resources for two of our main programs, PawsAbilities and Belong KC. Both of these programs are designed to provide year-round programming that addresses unique needs and teaches students valuable skills, ultimately helping them achieve greater independence. At Inclusion Connections, our vision is to bring real and lasting change in the hearts and minds of our community.With over 20 years of experience in healthcare leadership, I have held various positions ranging from Director of Radiology in 2003 to Hospital CEO for the past 12 years. I hold a Master of Science in Leadership, a Bachelor of Arts in Healthcare Administration, and a certification in Brain Science from LinkedIn. I have a comprehensive knowledge of business practices and trends, and a proven track record of developing and managing new strategic initiatives, improving service excellence, and growing the company's revenue and reputation.My mission is to lead and inspire talent in others, while creating a culture of accountability and consistent support for my team and stakeholders. I have successfully mentored several employees who have advanced into leadership roles, and I have built and maintained strong partnerships with clients, vendors, and business partners. Additionally, I am actively engaged in the community and in addressing legislative issues and professional associations.
