At Caris Financial Holdings, I help create systems with our president and also reinforce system management across our organization in Indiana, Michigan, Ohio and Kentucky. In addition to systems creation and management, I work directly with our finance department and project management team on growth initiatives which include new business departments, partnerships, new locations, and talent acquisition across the organization.

Redbird Unified Ventures is a network of individuals that specialize in focusing on fixing/optimizing talent and tech problems for companies across the United States. Starting as a sole recruiting agency, we realized that at Redbird, the power of our team allows us to be able to truly drive revenues to our clients across the board while making their lives easier in the process. Being in Operations at MindPower my responsibilities entailed: guiding directors to achieve their goals, driving business development within the organization, collaborating with the CEO with ideas for the company as a whole, and doing donation/sponsorship outreach to be able to carry out the mission of MindPower.
