About Jhun Alentajan

Prior to moving to the United Arab Emirates, I have over 11 years of experience working in the Outsourcing Industry in the Philippines. I worked as a Shift Manager for Operations, responsible in managing people, business and the client. Before joining Operations, I was part of the Quality Team as a Quality Analyst with background in different Quality Tools that aids in Quality Control, error proofing and process improvement.I started my career in Dubai with the Lead Generation Industry focused on Contact Discovery, Quality Control and Client Delivery.
