Many people know me as the go to tech and troubleshooting guy. I have always exceeded my company targets and currently hold the western division title for most mobiles sold.With over 5 years of experience in the MDU market, I am passionate about providing innovative and flexible solutions that enhance residents' lifestyles and serve as a compelling selling point for properties. I have a strong background in business negotiation, active listening, and new business development. I have garnered awards for being the mobile sales leader in my industry on numerous occasions. I believe in full client immersion. I provide solutions that allow clients to take advantage of the benefits in using all of spectrums core services including our mobiles lines. I am proud of the send of community I build with my leasing agent and property managers. In my role as MTSR, I lead the active penetration and execution of strategic initiatives to drive sales within my MDU portfolios, often times collaborating with team members in different roles to enhance product offerings and ensure alignment with company goals. I also foster and maintain relationships with key clients, negotiating the deal and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Previously, I was a sales executive with AT&T Connect, where I implemented effective communication strategies with property owners and management teams, and analyzed market trends, competitor activities, and performance data to identify business opportunities and areas for improvement. I also have experience as an Account Manager at LifeSafer where I enjoyed being a top producer. At Airtech I oversaw product placement, team management, and helped with expansion.
