I was responsible for developing behavior and social skills, reinforcing skills and concepts learned in the general education classroom setting, and providing opportunities for my students to grow into their fullest potential. In order to accomplish these responsibilities, I annually developed individual education plans for each student.

As a 5th grade teacher I was responsible for guiding my students through the curriculum, modeling and teaching appropriate life skills, and providing space for my students to learn, grow, and fulfill their potential.

I am responsible for the remedial teaching of math for grades 3-5 along with specializing in behavior intervention. Specifically, I worked with students who had diagnoses that significantly altered their behavior. Creating and implementing behavioral plans, goals, IEP's and alternative forms of education and behavior management, I thrive on discovering how to best teach students and assist them in managing their behavior.

As the Co-Founder of AVAIL, I am responsible for the management, vision, and direction of the organization. As a non-profit that focuses on walking with houseless individuals on a consistent basis, I long to alleviate houselessness so that these individuals might reach their fullest potential during their season of houselessness. Working out of the three verbs: Advocate, Cultivate, Locate. Learning, sharing, and integrating ourselves into the stories of the houseless community AVAIL advocates for the needs of the houseless, cultivating community growth as they locate individuals where they are (physically, mentally, socially, and spiritually).Feel free to check out our website or contact me to see how we are alleviating houselessness through relationship, urban farming, and continued support.

As an Autism Therapist, I was responsible for for creating and implementing behavioral, academic, and social lessons for children ages 18 months+. Typically in the setting of 2 hour long sessions, I provided early intervention for children and students with a diagnosis under the Autism Spectrum Disorder Umbrella.
