Managed Shelters during multiple disaster including:● Hurricane Michael(FL) at Marianna HS Shelter - Managed a sheltering team of 25 volunteers which served over 350 clients - Recruited trained and managed an additional 18 event based volunteers in a variety of roles - Managed co-location of staff shelter and in-kind donation distribution center - Maintained strong community relations with government and NGO partners ● Woolsey Wildfire (CA) at Cal Lutheran Shelter - Managed a team of 14 volunteering who served over 35 clients - Trained and managed over 25 event based to run a successful in-kind donation center co-located at shelter - Coordinated public visits from multiple elected officials including governor elect Gavin Newsom, local elected officials, and major donors.● Greenleaf Rec Center (DC)- Managed a team of 18 volunteers serving over 140 clients- Opened essential shelter operations within 45 minutes of notice following fire at Arthur Capper apartment building- Transitioned all clients to hotels under the care of DC government partners, successfully demobilizing the shelter within 36 hours of initial response.● Cub Run Rec Center (VA)- Managed a team of 12 volunteers serving over 60 clients- Opened shelter within under 90 minutes of notice following fire at Forest Glen Senior Apartment Complex- Coordinated response with local Korean cultural organizations to provide essential translator

● Recruited, hired, Trained and managed paid canvassers and data entry staff● Trained each new staff member on how to deliver and effective persuasion message and get out the vote message.● Planned and coordinated the schedules of dozens of paid canvassers working 5 different offices across the district. I managed a database with 3 data entry assistants● audited and fired employees who failed to report honestly●built an effective team of over 30 paid canvassers in a month and we knocked on over 20,000 doors.
