As general manager of CNS, I transformed our product portfolio into a highly standardized solution for the social housing sector. We changed our products into a SaaS solution based on the latest Microsoft technology. Our customers migrated to the new platform and our services department transformed from technically oriented consultancy to comprehensive services a around data quality, BI and Data Science. Our messaging and pricing strategy have been adjusted accordingly. With these developments, we were able to attract many new customers and strengthen the relationship with existing customers,In 2019, Cegeka acquired a majority stake in CNS. Together, we further expanded our portfolio of customers and our profitability. During my time at CNS, we doubled our revenue and were profitable every year, even while we made significant investments in the development of our product.

As sales and marketing director I was responsible for the sales and marketing of all CNS products, while keeping my responsibilities as product manager and product owner. Together with our account manager and consultancy team leader I planned and executed the sales strategy for new and existing accounts. I carried out product demonstrations and presentations. I also defined the offered solution including pricing, the implementation project and other services.I introduced a new product to the Dutch Social Housing market to measure data quality in operational applications. I defined the product strategy, set the pricing, acted as product owner, and introduced the new solution at customers. During my period at CNS, we sold this new solution to half of our customer base.I made the decision to stop developing our own BI-tool and selected Microsoft Power BI as the tool to base our new solution for Dutch Social Housing on. I planned and executed the retirement of the phased-out products, including defining the last releases and communication to our customers to introduce the new solution and plan migration projects.

As product and marketing manager I was responsible for the strategy and marketing of our products. When I joined, we had just started the rewrite of our BI-tool. I set the priorities for the first and subsequent releases, managed the backlog, introduced the product at customers and partners and created demonstration script. I also wrote the commercial materials such as case studies, product brochures, website content, requirement documents, the support guide and blogs.I defined new releases based on customer and partner feedback, market developments and negotiated with R&D about timing and content. As product owner during the development projects, I was in control of the backlog and made product functionality decisions from the market and customer perspective.
